A small village set by the side of a comfortable and fertile small plateau. There are traces of humankind being present in Vercoiran dating back to prehistoric times, the Neolithic era. Numerous fragments of pseudo-Ionian ceramics have been dug up here. You can visit: the ruins of the castle, see the small ancient houses, the church, the chapel Notre-Dame des Champs (in the area of la Viste). |
